Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at arabiumshop07@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement item, please return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at arabiumshop07@gmail.com.
